JSW MG Motor, one of India’s leading electric car manufacturers, has rolled out the all-electric MG Cyberster in the Indian market. The new MG Cyberster price in India starts at INR 74.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Pre-booked customers can own this stunning convertible sports car for just INR 72.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Deliveries for MG’s new electric car will commence on August 10, 2025. The MG Cyberster will be retailed via the MG Select premium showroom in Delhi, Mumbai, and Pune.
The MG Cyberster electric convertible sports car was first revealed at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. It is going to be the first electric roadster car to reach Indian shores as a Completely Built-Up unit (CBU). In its segment, this convertible car will rival the likes of the BMW Z4, Tesla Model Y, Porsche 718 Boxster, Mini Cooper SE, Hyundai Ioniq 5, and Kia EV6.
In terms of design, the MG Cyberster electric car features scissor-styled doors and several advanced design elements like eye-catching low-swung LED headlamps followed by LED DRLs, a drooping wheelbase, 20-inch lightweight alloy wheels, arrow-shaped LED taillights, and a convertible body style. The MG Cyberster will be manufactured under a dedicated electric car platform.

The newly launched MG Cyberster convertible will be available in four exterior color schemes:
Inside the cabin, the new MG Cyberster electric car is packed with advanced amenities like two 7-inch digital panels and a 10.25-inch central touchscreen. It comes equipped with dual-zone automatic climate control, steering-mounted paddles, drive modes, and more. The EV also comes equipped with a powerful eight-speaker and 320W Bose audio system. For safety, the MG Cyberster features an electronic differential lock, Level 2 ADAS, twin front and side airbags, a real-time Driver Monitoring System, and ESC.
The MG Cyberster electric draws power from a 77-kWh battery set with two e-motors. The unit churns out a power of 503 bhp and a peak torque of 725 Nm. In just 3.2 seconds, it can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h. The electric convertible car has a MIDC-certified range of 580 km. The car features front Brembo 4-piston calipers for braking, paired with a double wishbone suspension for enhanced handling and ride comfort.
